Are you looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing / review advertisements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, attention to details and commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate will be proficient in written and oral English with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:
Review Web sites for quality of content based on Internet advertiser review content guidelines.
Fully check advertising content with quality and accuracy.
Approve or reject new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.
Analyze data and evaluate trends / patterns.
Recommend translating common patterns into rules.
Writing customer-facing emails to address concerns and report issues.
Troubleshoot with advertisers.
Training and Coaching:
Coordination of training and mentoring sessions
Doing, reviewing new work (with supervisor guidance) and providing on-going feedback in the first days, weeks and months.
Preparing and maintaining documents, preparing weekly process reports with wiki page updates, SOPs and any other documents and monitoring these in team sending workflows and re-work and handling shift issues, daily standups, Update and review related departments and maintain internal process quality
Maintain high internal quality audit by quality of processes
Provide flexible and timely feedback to officers on errors and trends as SMEs for processes on the floor , be flexible to work on night shifts and rotational week
