Are you looking for an executive assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the senior level managers of our company.
The responsibilities of executive assistant include managing the calendar, arranging travel and preparing expense reports. To succeed in this role, you must be well organized, have great time management skills and be able to function without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personal and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
Points of contact between officers, employees, customers and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Manage travel and accommodation
Prevent daily expenses and weekly, Prepare monthly or quarterly reports
Monitoring the performance of other clerical staff
Working as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Minutes time during meetings
Give screens and distribute direct phone calls and correspondence
Organize and maintain office filing system requirements
Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiar with office gadgets and applications (eg e-calendar and copy machine)
Excellent oral and written communication skills discretion and privacy
