Job brief
We are looking for a responsible personal assistant to provide personal secretarial and administrative support in an organized and timely manner. You will work on various tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication on a one-to-one basis.
Work screens as a matter of contact between responsibilities manager and internal / external customers and handle direct phone calls and correspondence.

Manage requests and queries as appropriate.

Manage diaries and schedule meetings and arrange appointments travel and give dictation and time

Production of source office materials, reports and presentations and maintaining the requirements of the office filing system .

Proven work experience as a personal assistant knowledge of office management systems and processes

MS Office and English proficiency

Understanding organizational and time management skills

Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications

Excellent oral and written communication skills to prioritize multitask and daily workload.

Discretion and confidentiality.

High school degree

PA diploma or certification will be considered an advantage.
