Are you seeking a driven social media specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.
What does a social media expert do?
The goal is to gradually achieve better customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically tapping all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Social media experts will have a in-depth understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it remains entangled on those channels. You are responsible for “soft selling” the product by engaging in relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and providing support to current and future customers.
Responsibilities
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identity,
editing, publishing and sharing daily content (text, images, video or HTML), which makes meaningful connections. Creates and encourages community members to take action.
Set and optimize company pages and profile within each platform to increase visibility of the company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in accordance with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Capture appropriate data / metrics and Continually improve analysis, insights and best practice, and then work on information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify and coordinate key players Experience working in social media of action

Proven marketing or
excellent consulting as a digital media expert , Writing, editing (photo / video / lesson), presentation and communication skills
Proven social networking knowledge and experience of social analytics tools
, adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
, good understanding of online marketing channels.
Positive
attitude, breadth and customer orientation with positive multitasking and organic capability BS in English
